Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your JPrints purchase.

Refunds Are Available If:

  • ✓You receive the wrong poster
  • ✓Your poster arrives damaged or with a printing defect

In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds Are NOT Available For:

  • ✗Change of mind after printing
  • ✗Incorrect size selection made by the customer
  • ✗Normal minor variations in color due to screen differences

Important: Because all posters are made to order, we cannot accept returns once printing has begun.
